Dyreko is a Yulex authorised partner for development of elastic webbing using YULASTIC fine filaments.
YULASTIC is the world's first plant-based natural rubber fine filament produced from purified, high-quality, high-performance, FSC®-certified YULEX PURE® Natural Rubber Latex (YPNRL). YULASTIC is the direct, natural replacement for spandex/elastane filaments.
The production of the YULASTIC thread begins with the harvesting of natural rubber latex (in liquid form) from Hevea Brasiliensis trees grown in FSC®-certified plantations in Thailand and Vietnam.
The harvested latex undergoes a refining and water-based purification process, transforming it into YULEX PURE latex. This process eliminates up to 99% of undesirable non-rubber impurities, including dirt, oils, and large proteins that can trigger Type 1 latex allergies.
The purified latex allows for the production of YULASTIC threads.
